How it works
Paid plans: Sign in or sign up, enter your club details, then complete payment. Your club is created right after payment. Free plan: Sign up and create your club in one step.
Your games, your rules
ScoringHQ adapts to how your group already plays. Run skins, Nassau with your own press rules, best ball, CTP, or custom games — your house rules and traditions, not ours. You're not forced into anyone's way of doing things.
Upgrades & flexibility
You can upgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, your data and seasons carry over — nothing is blocked or lost.
What plan limits mean
Limits are about group size and event types — never how often you play. Unlimited rounds on every plan, including Free. You'll never be charged for playing more.
Payouts & SMS
ScoringHQ calculates exactly who owes who after each round — it doesn't move money, so you settle up in cash, Venmo, or however your group does it. SMS plans (Standard & Pro) include automated text notifications for invites, reminders, and event communication.
Pro plan
Pro is for clubs running many leagues at once — unlimited members, events, and texts. It's coming soon; Standard covers multi-league clubs today.
Cancel or downgrade anytime
No long-term contracts. Cancel or change plans from your account settings at any time. Your group stays active through the end of your billing period.
Your data stays yours
When you downgrade, all your historical scores, standings, and member data are preserved. Only feature access changes based on your plan limits. You can export your data at any time as CSV.
Monthly or annual billing
Choose monthly or annual billing when you sign up. Annual billing saves about 15% compared to paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual from your billing settings at any time.
