1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Golf League Hub, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use Golf League Hub for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Golf League Hub
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.
4. Content
Our service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post on or through the service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting content on or through the service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the service.
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not use Golf League Hub:
- In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
- In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the service
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
7. Disclaimer
The materials on Golf League Hub are provided on an 'as is' basis. Golf League Hub makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
8. Limitations
In no event shall Golf League Hub or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Golf League Hub, even if Golf League Hub or a Golf League Hub authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
9. Revisions
Golf League Hub may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
10. SMS Text Messaging Program
Golf League Hub may offer optional SMS text message notifications for service-related purposes (for example urgent or transactional alerts tied to messaging in the app). You are not required to agree to SMS to use the service, except where a separate transaction requires it.
Consent. By selecting the SMS opt-in option when you create your account, accept an invitation that creates your account, or complete the claim-account flow, you agree to receive text messages from Golf League Hub at the mobile number you provide, in accordance with this section and our Privacy Policy. You may opt out of SMS by choosing the opt-out option in those same flows or as described below.
Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-out. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us where that keyword is supported, or by contacting us through our support channels. You may receive a final confirmation text. After opting out, you may opt in again only by providing consent again in the product (for example through account or notification settings when available).
Help. For help, reply HELP to a message from us where supported, or contact us through our support channels.
Participating carriers. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and terms.
